Are your products safe for kids?
Yes they are. While we formulate our products using only natural ingredients, we recommend consulting with your child’s healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, and we never will! We test all products on the Organically Wonderful team for safety and efficacy.
Is your Dry Shampoo safe to use while pregnant?
Absolutely! But we always recommend checking with your physician for specific concerns.
Is your Dry Shampoo Vegan?
Yes, our Dry Shampoo is vegan.
Do you use synthetic fragrance?
We do not add any artificial fragrances. We use only USDA-certified organic essential oil and true flower/plant essences such as gardenia, jasmine, and roses. We also make a scent-free option available.
Do you offer samples of your Dry Shampoo?
At this time we do not offer samples.
What is your return policy?
Free returns period.
When can I get tracking information?
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information that you can reference to see any updates on its status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but all import duties and fees, taxes, and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect any duties and or/taxes and we cannot predict what your charges may be. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges. We would like our customers to be aware of these factors before placing an order with us. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us.
When will I receive my order if it's shipped outside the US?
Timing for international orders can vary. We strive to fulfill and ship orders within 3 days of receipt. Depending on the country and its import regulations, there may be delays due to clearing customs or a duty imposed by the governing authorities for which the recipient is responsible.
I was notified that my order was delivered but I didn't receive it.
Sometimes packages are scanned under the wrong setting as the mail carrier is loading his or her truck for the day's delivery which triggers the delivered email you received. Typically the package shows up in the mailbox within 24-48 hours, but if you still haven’t received it, please let us know and we’d be happy to assist you.
